Bought the starter plan, decided it didnt fit my services which is ok nothing wrong with lickd itself just needed something else. I inquired via email asking about a refund and I gave all the details and everything explained it all and stated how I had bought the plan within an hour of my email, it's been days and days since my request and I even got a "we're reviewing your request" email. It should not take this long to submit a refund, I run a company myself and it shouldn't 4 days to send over a refund, atleast contact me if something is in the way but noooo. Im still waiting for at minimum a response to my request, horrible support. If you're going to charge people then make sure you have people and procedures to handle them too.
