I have been using these vitamins since my bypass surgery in March 2025 and am very satisfied with both forms. I find the pill version more convenient. While I don't have trouble swallowing, I believe improvements could be made in pill size and texture. Taking them with meals, I try to limit liquids, so a smoother coating or smaller size would be easier to manage. I would prefer taking multiple smaller pills rather than fewer larger ones. Overall, I rate them 5 stars; the quality and value are exceptional.
