I've been enjoying their drinks for about 10 years now. I've liked all the different flavors and options. However, ordering from the website felt a bit cumbersome and tricky to navigate. After finally placing my order, I received a notice about a credit card issue and a discount for the inconvenience, but I never received the discount, which left me confused. I've requested a non-carbonated version for years and am still waiting, and I’m disappointed that the caffeine was removed from the Citrus Medley. I'm looking forward to trying the Blue Raspberry and Apple RX versions, but I wish they were available with sweetener instead of no sugar. I understand this might complicate the product line, but we all have our preferences. I’ll keep buying and enjoying their products, but I hope for small improvements for my personal satisfaction.
