THIS COMPANY SUCKS!!! I originally ordered it and it was shipped back in Dec 2025 as they said couldn't find address to deliver it to even though I get 3-4 Amazon, Fed Ex. UPS, etc. packages every week??
So I just told to cancel any subscription or future orders as it sounded like a hassle with them to get their coffee delivered
Via email and a call cancelled the subscription
next month got an email that I was going to be billed for that month's Lifeboost Coffee so I called right away and also emailed and they said they would cancel it and again I reiterated that I did NOT WANT THEIR COFFEE
Exact same thing happened the next month and the email about billing came through about midnight so saw it the next morning and called and told them to STOP billing and trying to send me coffee, the woman on the phone was nice but said it was too late
I called my CC company and immediately and contested the charge...days later received their coffee and called them and told them I was contesting the charge and I was giving the coffee to a woman's shelter rather than hassling with trying to send it back
they are still hassling me trying to bill me
and I get soooooo many email still from them even though 'UNSUBSCRIBED' from them
