An AI automated call answering is NOT what I have come to expect from LifeLine. The AI did not understand answers - wanted only one word answers and no one older knows how to speak to automated services. So emergency services were incorrectly dispatched. Extremely frustrating. And recd calls next day following up saying emergency services were asked for. Not true. And testing the machine for reset I (users daughter and guardian) got another AI. I had to call back separately to get a live person who was not helpful with my questions about AI and have services changed. Prior to this the service has been what I expected.
