I was paying $34 a month for the service I purchased hoping I was protected my problems started in late November early December 2025 I assumed I was talking to someone at the bank my phone and information was compromised I followed the procedure by call the police department completed the report someone had my bank information how many accounts I opened and then I remembered I purchased an account with LifeLock this is after an investigation began with the police department within the jurisdiction when I attempted to call LifeLock I was informed LifeLock had a problem with their system so my call were going to an independent company who only handles the technical part so I never spoke with anyone from LifeLock I forgot my first call was with someone from LifeLock I explained I was an older person not that with today's computer age he suggested I go to Google store and I let him know I didn't want to involve anyone in my family he suggested that I needed a more expensive plan no extra money after that I was brushed off like person living on a park bench late January early February I was con out some money I truly believe they didn't want to help me because of who I was and my voice I fill like if I had been any other race I would have received better service just about everyone I communicated with was of Indian descent the ones from India some voices who con me in the beginning I really hate mentioning this but it's the truth and I know it's good and bad people all around us regardless where are who they are but this situation is directly in my face and as an older person from the south of color I know it when I hear or see it I believe this all could have been much better I believe I never had a chance any replacement of any funds as advertised so I fill completely sold false advertisement about funds up to so much protecting I am very disappointed ☹️ horrible service so all the people who look a certain way or sound a certain way leave this company alone especially people of color in the south
