I feel the need to review on such an important matter as we had a stress free experience. Life on Ice was the best courier we could have chosen, highly recommend. Not only were they efficient, on time with delivery and a great price, but we were kept in the loop constantly in terms of communication between the labs and dates for transportation. The fact that they are Scottish based was reassuring as the majority of couriers are London based. If you live in Scotland, these are your people to trust with your precious cargo. Emails were answered within hours if not immediately and Bob, the managing director, was such a great help.
