I used the service from 2018-2021 and again from 2024-2025. My experience in 2024 was terrible and quite upsetting. The agents showed little regard for my wellbeing. I had a rodent issue in my new apartment and had to leave because my emails and letters were ignored. No compensation was offered, despite their failure to inform me of a previous issue when I moved in. They also misrepresented the included furniture, and throughout my tenancy, my requests were disregarded. This experience was frustrating and has made me hesitant about renting in the future. After moving out, I continued to receive bills for up to four months. The quality of service has declined significantly, and I advise keeping expectations low if considering renting.
