I would characterize this company as the worst in every way. Initially, when the device was installed, it was done incorrectly, leading to my vehicle’s air conditioning failing. I had to return about five times for them to check and supposedly resolve the issue, which turned out to be a huge waste of my time. On another occasion, the device malfunctioned completely, preventing my vehicle from starting. I had to call a tow truck to take it to a repair shop, where it was confirmed that the device itself had failed. Despite this, the company refused to cover the costs. Customer service claimed the issue was with my battery and told me I needed to replace it. I took their advice, believing they were the experts, but that was clearly not the case. They seemed to guess without considering the financial burden and inconvenience on the customer. I communicated with a representative from the client services team who was extremely rude and unprofessional. He made statements like: "I have the authority to make the final decision. There’s no way for us to determine over the phone if your battery is bad or not. You need to have that tested on your end before deciding to purchase a new one. The decision stands."
I found his tone disrespectful and unacceptable. Overall, this experience was a nightmare. To add insult to injury, when I finally had the device removed, I was charged $186, which I consider completely unreasonable and feels like a scam after everything that occurred. In summary, I can honestly say this has been the worst experience. I strongly advise anyone in need of this type of service to seek alternatives.
