While the staff were friendly and willing to help, the process was a complete failure. It began in January 2022 after being declined by another provider, and I was directed to use an intermediary. They gathered the necessary information and found a quote, but things went downhill when a medical report was requested. After months of follow-up with the doctors, they eventually stopped pursuing it. A year later, I had to restart the process, only to face the same issues. Communication broke down, and I ended up doing a lot of the chasing myself. Although the representatives were kind and tried their best, I found their involvement complicated the situation rather than simplifying it. I struggled to understand their role, especially since they could do little regarding medical reports. Now, I'm still waiting for my policy documents, which has been frustrating from start to finish.
