Ordered a Cortex SM25 Multi Gym on 4 May. Contacted Lifespan on 20 May to check on delivery. After several emails back and forth with them and phone calls with the transport company, seven of the eight boxes were delivered on 27 May. It is now 13 June and I am still waiting for the last box to arrive. I requested a tracking link for it from Lifespan and received an email basically telling me to just wait longer. Very frustrating considering the price of delivery for this item.UPDATE - the last box was delivered the next business day and the follow-up customer service I have since received from this company has been very good.
