Ordered a replacement Lifestraw on the official website with express delivery, because I was leaving for a trip. Not only did they miss the promised delivery date, they actually never confirmed the shipment of my product and it was never delivered. I have contacted them many times through e-mail and through the contact form on their website, but never got a response. After months I contacted my bank and they issued a refund, to which Lifestraw responded by charging my credit card again. Luckily my bank reissued a refund, because they couldn't show a proof of shipment - probably because they never shipped.It baffles me that a brand like this fails to deliver goods and doesn't respond to any messages, but then suddenly reacts when a refund is issued. I am very disappointed.
