I feel for everyone who has been ripped of by this company. I'm sure at one stage (based on the positive reviews) this was a good company that has gone downhill for whatever reason. I paid over $600 in mid-December to find out this week they were in liquidation. As someone else suggested, start a case with NCAT. Also reach out to your bank and see if they can assist. I just got confirmation from my bank that I am getting my money back in full but I think you really have to jump up and down to get it. I wouldn't even waste my time reaching out to the company - they will just ghost you.
