Big shout out to Cilla and James at lifestyle estate agents Bradley stoke 422 days ago, we put our house on the market. Several estate agents' chains and independent agents were invited to quote. Out of the 4 quotes we had Lifestyle was in line with our thoughts of valuation two others were very close and one so far off our expectations and other valuations it was unreal, along also with the value of similar properties on the market at that time and recent property sales of similar property. We accepted an offer after 6 days lifestyle pushed our property for viewings and had 12 set up in a couple of days.Our buying experience was challenging to say the least. Cilla help, support and offered guidance throughout the process to get us the point we could move. All the phone calls we made to lifestyle were answered in seconds by one of our two main contacts. E mail queries were also replied to in a very short space of time. Feedback from viewings also very quick.Our buying journey First house we were buying the sellers pulled out just before exchange after all the searches were done for medical reasons ??? It has also been on the market twice since both times for the same price we offered and she accepted.Next one just changed their mind and did not want to moveAfter that one we pulled out of buying due to an admin mistake on the deeds which was expensive and a lengthy process to resolve. Purple bricks just don't go their nightmare to speak to anyone then they wanted a 3rd party to charge us for ID checks.How lifestyle kept this chain going I will never know. They constantly chased up the other estate agents asking for news on our sellers' progress on tasks that were dragging on far too long and asking for information that helped speed up a painfully slow process in regards to changes in deeds for our new property and our sellers not being quick to make THANKYOU LIFESTYLE
