The representative came into OUR home and was offensive and turned aggressive when we kindly questioned the supposed "discount" we were told about when we agreed to have somebody come out. Stefan basically insulted us and literally stormed out of our house. BEWARE! The person who roped us into having them come out was NOT honest with us. He told us we'd receive a 40% discount. When RUDE rep came out he said that's only if we sign the contract right then and there. Also got very defensive when we questioned why we were told the average price of this service ranges $14,000 - 20,000 BEFORE the discount. Basically became aggressive, insulted us and literally stormed out of our home. Admitted that we were mislead because otherwise, "We'd never get anybody to let us come to their home". Sort of creepy!Of course when we tried to call and report him, nobody EVER answered. Watch, they require you verify the appointment when the solicitor is making it, they call you but never answer their phone when you need help or have questions. After you sign the contract, be ready for a fight if anything goes wrong or you aren't happy.
