Fantastic service from lifetime legal from start to finish. Everyone I’ve spoken to on the phone or through emails was well informed, transparent and hands on whatever I requested from them.
I eventually had to use one of their services called “mover protection” and they covered 90% of the expenses I’ve had for mortgage broker and conveyancing when the purchase didn’t go through.

I felt compelled to obtain this due to the real estate agent involved in my property purchase, but I’m genuinely thankful I did as it proved essential for the movers' protection. The service has been straightforward to navigate. Initially, there was a double payment issue, but this was promptly resolved through email communication. Unfortunately, I had to file a claim after my house deal fell through, but when I reached out regarding the claim, they were incredibly efficient and supportive. Although I was initially informed that I was no longer a member, they quickly rectified this within an hour. The claim process was smooth, and when I decided to cancel my subscription, that was handled swiftly too. I rated it four stars because there are limits on claims for different expenses like solicitor fees, searches, and surveys, so I couldn't recover all my out-of-pocket costs. Nonetheless, I’m grateful to have received some of my money back. Overall, every interaction with the service was pleasant, helpful, and effective, and I would recommend it for anyone moving houses, especially given how often deals fall through in the current market.
