I had been thinking about buying from Liffner for a while because it is definitely a more expensive purchase for me. I ended up getting the mega tote for Christmas and have used it a lot since then. The quality has been surprisingly good and I like the contrast stitching a lot. I was initially worried about how the suede would handle rain and snow, so I contacted customer support. the support replied quickly and explained that it is pre treated but still needs normal suede care. follwing their advice I bought a suede spray and brush and so far it has held up very well.
