High end expensive bags - horrible customer service / rip off

High end expensive bags, but if you want to return an item be warned they don't make it easy.First you have to request a return and then an email get sent through. After filling in several onine forms first to get the email and then the refund label, they force you to return via UPS and there are no drop offs for them local to me and so I had to send via post. They treaten to not give you a refund if you don't use UPS.They charge you 30 euro's to return / refund when the actual cost of a tracked return from the UK to Sweden is £18.Its a total rip off - unbelieveable for a 'high end brand' where the bag cost over £500.UPDATE 03 03 2025I have now received a Fed Ex Tax and Customs bill for the original delivery for £120 - DO NOT ORDER FROM LIFFNER AS YOU WILL RECEIVE AN ADDITIONAL £120 IMPORT TAX THAT THEY WILL NOT WORN YOU ABOUT.Also how can any company think it is reasonable to confirm that when they receive the return in their warehouse, although it ha sbeen delivered to the right address that they will return it because you didn't use their courier??? No doubt resulting in another £120 fedex charge no-doubt!!!!!!!! It just gets worse and worse!!!!
