I ordered a bag, which when arrived did not meet my colour requirements. I returned it at great cost to China. I was very concerned whether I would receive a refund so escalated it to Brandon. He was amazing, keeping me informed and explained the options available to me. I received a complete refund as a result. He turned what was initially a bad customer experience into a very positive experience. He is a credit to the company. I feel if I had not escalated my concern to Brandon my review would have been quite different. Thank you so much.
