I have had 3 orders with them. One was lost.They charge Western European shipping costs, but deliver still way beyond 2 weeks, which LightInTheBox justifies as counting only from the day of dispatch, not from the day of order and since dispatch is invariably a whole week after ordering, they always deliver late. They are not regulated by Western Consumer Protection.As a result of some system error with my last order: my first check-out attempt resulted in a tripling of the price as they removed the discounts. After I complained they offered 10% discount on this, which of course was still unacceptable.As the discounts were still available, I placed the order again. One item got inexplicably removed during the check-out.So I ended up ordering 3 T-Shirts and a long-sleeved Hoodie, all in size 160.On arrival (late) the hoodie turned out to be the smallest, approximately fitting a child with size 130-140, while one of the 3 T-shirts was the same small. While the other 2 T-shirts did fit: one was more like 150 and only one was 160.They offered to return the mis-sized 130-140 items at my cost or 30% money back or sending me larger sized items, wanting me to pay for the new delivery.
