This is my second engagement with Lighting Styles. About 2 years ago I ordered a number of their super inset ceiling light converters. They were extremely patient with me when I changed the order (twice !!) because I first extended what I was doing ... and then miscounted !! The lights were delivered really quickly and I was very happy with them.
A few weeks ago one of the lights stopped working because the transformer had failed. I emailed to ask if I could buy a separate transformer and the kind person pointed out that it was still under warranty and offered to replace free of charge. For good measure they also sent some bulbs that I had also enquired about. Fantastic service, well handled and guaranteed to make me shop with them again.
