Purchased 2 hanging lights from website. Arrived and were strange looking as no where to put bulbs and no instructions for installation - which wires looked very strange too. So due to this asked for refund- to be told only getting 80% of money back for delivery or 30% off order - which is no use as no instructions. I shall never use this company again as feel been treated unfairly as not my fault there is no instructions. So why should I pay to return goods that I cannot understand how they work or attach to ceiling?
