LightningProxies has shown very poor and unethical behavior when it comes to refunds. Instead of resolving the issue, they keep making excuses like ‘wait please,’ and ultimately refuse to refund. For the last 24 hours, the IPs have not been working at all. I purchased the 5GB plan, and still have 4.85GB unused, but due to their bad service I haven’t been able to use it. If the service isn’t working, they should simply issue a refund for the remaining usage.
