I just lost almost 1000$+ with them. I have been using this site for almost 2 years and bought more than 3TBs so far. Today they haven't sent a reminder mail before expiry of my 1.6TB and instead they sent me an email after it got expired. I use other sites as well and I have never experienced this much bad service. When asked support - A guy named Hardin spoke to me, he said that only new plans in the site sends email and since mine was old plan so he said I didn't get any mail. I asked if that's fair since it's not my fault and to consider extending my plan and he(hardin) blocked me right away in telegram saying I harassed him. Then I had to create a ticket in discord and even that didn't help me - again hardin attended that ticket. Now I came to know that my 1000$+ is gone and can't be retrieved. I advice you guys to be careful with them since their intention about the clients is not good at all. Stay away from Lightning Proxies. Not worth to spend even 1$.
