Complicating matters further, the service provider has introduced new regulations, which were not outlined in any previous communication. Notably, the absence of transparency regarding these changes is disconcerting. Initially, I was explicitly informed that there were no constraints on the file size or the number of pages I could upload. In fact, I had successfully uploaded a 32MB file without any issues.However, the tide turned when I sought assistance from their support team regarding one of my PDF files. I was informed that a mere 20MB limit existed for file uploads. This inconsistency is deeply frustrating, particularly since there was no prior indication of such a limitation on their website. Regrettably, these revelations only materialized after committing to the subscription, leaving customers in a frustrating and helpless position. The disheartening truth is that despite the monetary investment, there's no recourse for a refund.Reflecting upon this situation, I can't help but feel that more thorough research into the background of this service prior to my six-year plan purchase would have been prudent. What once appeared as a dream come true has now devolved into an unfortunate and distressing ordeal.
