I placed a simple order for some colored Christmas lights. Since then, I've been bombarded with emails promoting various products. Delivery was promised within 4-6 business days, but after 10 days, I tried to get shipping information which required downloading an app. The process felt overly complicated, and I became suspicious. Today, I received an email stating my order was cancelled, and a refund would be issued within 10 days. Not a trustworthy experience for me.
