I realized I could get a better deal elsewhere, so I tried repeatedly to cancel the order within minutes of placing it - but your online cancellation process wouldn't go through. So I emailed and explained the situation, but was told I had to be home when the package was delivered in order to not accept it - really difficult to be home when you have no idea when it's being delivered. Apparently that's the only way to get a full refund and we missed the delivery, so I'm stuck with the lights.
