I placed two orders on February 6. One contained the wrong color and shipping address, so I immediately contacted the company to cancel that specific order. I clearly identified which order needed to be canceled, and my message was acknowledged.Despite that, the wrong order was canceled and the incorrect one was shipped instead.Since then, communication has felt dismissive rather than solution-oriented. I was later told that the correct order had shipped. A shipping label was created on February 14, but more than a week later it still only shows “label created,” suggesting it has not actually left.As of now, I still do not have confirmation that the correct order has physically shipped or that this issue has been properly resolved.Very disappointing experience.
