I purchased this solar lamp post light to replace one that rarely worked. This one worked right out of the box! (literally, including putting it together) I did have considerable difficulty installing the light bulb because the little screws were not easy to back out. I was never able to remove the correct part according to the directions but removed the bottom instead. Other than that, it's installed on my light post and comes on at dusk every night. It's still on when I go to bed so I have no idea when it finally goes off. I'm very happy.
