Likes.bet has responded publicly with a generic template, identical to replies given to other users reporting the same issue. Their response does not address my case.
For clarity:
~$1000 of my deposited funds are still being withheld
No explanation, allegation, or evidence has ever been provided
Full verification (ID + selfie) was completed
I was told the review could take 3–6 months
Since then, only repeated “under review” responses were given
Support has now stopped responding entirely
If there is a “valid reason” as claimed, it should be stated clearly and supported with evidence.
Otherwise, the only resolution is to process the withdrawal of my deposited funds.
Likes.bet (operated by Zephyr Holding SRL, Costa Rica) is withholding approximately $1000 of my own deposited funds.
My account was suddenly restricted under a vague “fraud” clause, yet:
No specific accusation was ever provided
No evidence was presented
Full verification (ID + selfie) was completed
Support initially claimed the case would take 3–6 months, then repeatedly sent generic “under review” responses with zero progress, and has now stopped responding entirely.
This is not a legitimate review process. This is a deliberate delay while holding customer funds without justification.
