Like many others, I can only describe this as a scam!! I paid £9.95, but then they took another £12.95 and claimed I had subscribed to a £69.95 per month plan!! After I expressed my disagreement via email, they offered it for £30 per month!! They then said that if I returned the product, I would receive a refund!! It's definitely a scam!!
