Like many others, I can only describe this as a scam! I paid £9.95, only to find they charged me an additional £12.95 and claimed I subscribed to a £69.95 monthly plan! After expressing my disagreement via email, they offered it at £30 per month instead! They then said that if I returned the product, I would get a refund! It truly feels like a scam!
