Worst Experience — Lost Money, No Notice, Zero Help
I would not recommend opening an account with Lili unless you want a headache. They held my money for no valid reason — a pending transaction just sat there instead of being released. I asked for explanations and got nothing useful. 
After being a loyal customer for over 2 years, they shut my account without any warning at all, even though my balance was always positive and in good standing. No notice, no chance to fix anything, just account closed. 
Another user had unauthorized charges on their account, filed police reports and provided proof — and Lili still refused to refund the money. That’s scary when it’s supposed to be a business bank. 
If access to your money and decent support matter, go with a traditional bank or at least one with real dispute resolution. Lili feels like it only works when everything is perfect — the moment something goes wrong, you’re on your own.
