Positives - Cabin is beautiful and great quality. Build guys were also absolutely brilliant and quick!Negatives - once they have your money, expect the service and communication to decrease massively. We booked in delivery 12 weeks before build, noone contact us in advance to confirm it was going ahead or expected time of delivery. One person turnt up and unloaded it on the drive way as it was too heavy for them to put in garden on their own - meaning we couldnt use our drive way for a week. Came to build day, noone turnt up. We had to call to find out that the guy went sick. 5 hours later we then get a call to say build will be done 4 days later. Build day came and they started building it and it wasnt the right cabin!!!!!! When in the show room we asked for the exact cabin on display with partitioning and to our delight she said it was £900 cheaper than advertised!! We were pleased!!! Anyway, end up being she didnt add the partitioning onto the order which is why we got the wrong cabin. They then expected us to pay £900 straight away and theyd send the panels and door for partition. Obviously this didnt go down well and they redused it to an extra £500 to pay immedidately. I understand mistakes are made but the whole thing was so poorly handled and the stress they caused had really made me not want to recommend this company!!You need to improve your customer services department and communication as a whole - its an huge expense so get it right first time!!!!
