FANTASTIC SERVICE THROUGHOUT!I would thoroughly recommend Lillevilla log cabins, our experience from start to finish has been great. The cabin is of high quality and finish at a reasonable price with free assembly. Although there were a couple of issues, one being the partition wall logs had some damage to it, Trevor from Lillevilla sorted straight away. There was a problem with the double doors and window frames after some settle time had passed- again Lillevilla sorted straightaway however due to the refitting and adjustments of the double door frame and window frames, the sealant around them needed to be taken off and the cabin repainted in some areas. Once again Lillevilla we’re on it and sent a painter out to us. He (Dave) did a fantastic job and the cabin looks great. Everyone we have come into contact with at Lillevilla from sales (Linda ) to erecting (Warren) Customer Services (Colin) have been very friendly and accommodating. Despite some unforeseen issues the whole experience has been a welcome pleasure. As we know things cannot always go to plan but it depends how a company deals with issues can speak volumes for them. Nothing was too much trouble to ensure we were happy. Thank you Lillevilla
