Love Lilly clothing but highly disappointed in their customer service that is totally lacking. They do not publish their customer care contact phone number on their website which is telling about the company) . The online customer care is a bot that of course cannot handle your issue- when you do call their customer service after inquiring online to find the number for ( which I was told is a very small call center) you will have a long wait time….. do not believe and pay for expedited shipping as they will blame the shipper ( when in reality it is their slowness in fulfillment) 2 day delivery is more like 4 day—- and they charge $$Wish I read these reviews ahead of time😞
