I have been a Lilly Pulitzer customer for over 40 years!I have purchased over $100,000. of Lilly merchandise over this time frame! Recently, an order, via FedEx showed a photo, taken from the FedEx Truck at our driveway, with no package in the photo. Customer Service at Lilly Pulitzer claims that a photo of our driveway is proof that the package was delivered!I asked to speak to a supervisor, and I was told she could get back to me within 3-5 Business Days! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE, AND I WILL NEVER BUY FROM A COMPANY THAT HAS CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT IS THIS POOR!
