Terrible experience with order cancellation and refund issues

I placed an order in July and was informed that I would receive my items between August and November. By December, the order was canceled, and two weeks later, I still hadn't received a refund. When I reached out, I was advised to dispute the charge with my bank. It seems like the seller retains the payment while the bank processes the refund. I strongly recommend avoiding this service.
