If your order is wrong—too bad!

I went on line and ordered different book journals for holiday gifts—order placed 10/19/2024. I received 4 of the same book journals. 1. The quality is crap. 2. The only option for me was to pay postage and return the items to China, then get a refund—-my order already took 8 weeks. The only other option was to agree to 30% refund and keep products. My rating is zero stars—sucky customer service—doesn’t matter if you get what you ordered or not, they have you coming and going. Advice—find online reviews before purchasing. It would also be nice to know where company is located before ordering.
