Totally dissatisfied with my purchase of “ Mom, I Want to Hear Your Story" from @Lilynhyme!!! When I received my item I noticed there was multiple spelling errors. I took pictures and sent them to @Lilynhyme. Although @Lilynhyme offered a refund they refused to cover shipping costs. I still do not understand why they would want a piece of trash back and have me pay for it. It’s worth nothing. At that point a full refund should have been issued.
