I, like everyone else who wrote a review was scammed by Lilyrhyme, aka "moonycozy" I ordered three Christmans Advent calendars that were advertised as containing 24, 12" plush gnomes. Instead I recieved an 11" square box, that I never opened, because it couldn't possibly even hold 4, 12" gnomes due to it's small size. When I shook the box, you could clearly hear that whatever was inside was not plush, but of a hard material. I could not find a phone number to call, so I e-mailed them using the e-mail address from the one they sent me to confirm my order. I didn't give them much time to respond because after reading that others tried the same and never heard from them, I thought it was pointless. Since I paid by CC, I decided to call Chase Bank for help. Chase said they would file a dispute with the company on my behalf, and said the funds would be returned back to my account in a couple of days. Chase asked if I would return the items if requested, and of course I said yes, at their expense. Hope this info helps someone.
