I bought two dresses for my daughter. She loved one of the dresses- the material, cut etc. I ordered two different colors to decide between but it’s impossible to return. The only way to return is to email them and get a response with instructions. I have emailed numerous times and have not gotten a single response. So it’s a $100 loss for me.
