I strongly advise against using this agency. They profit with minimal communication. You select a candidate, but they often don’t respond until the last minute, forcing you to hire someone else. The CEO seems indifferent and overly protective. I spent over £230 for a candidate who left early and took frequent breaks. After over 20 years in business, I’ve never encountered anything like this. My staff also complained about the quality of candidates provided. One person is doing two shifts while others struggle to get even one. Avoid this experience at all costs; it was terrible, and I was overcharged. The company never confirms if a candidate will show up, and cancelling incurs a £39 fee. Even my messages to the candidate went unanswered for hours, which was too late. I'm extremely frustrated.
