Told us they were at jfk to pick us up at 18.30. I walked up and down pick up point but there was a no show, it was -7 and snowing my wife was in a wheel chair freezing.We ended up getting a yellow cab costing a further $120 at 20.40 we gat a phone call asking where we are ,I told them what happened and their reply was he was putting us down as a no show and there would be no refund.If you want a great break in New York DON'T USE THESE COWBOYS
