I placed several orders in October 2025, and now it's December 23, 2025, with no delivery from this service. I've sent multiple emails, but the replies simply state they're investigating. It's frustrating as they appear to be operating from another country. I feel helpless as I've reached out numerous times. I'm losing money, and action needs to be taken.
