I thought I was ordering from a well-known retailer. It seems they also impersonated others. I received fake tracking information and was told my order was delivered when it wasn't. After realizing the issue, I contacted my credit card provider, who eventually issued a full refund after some back and forth. I received emails from a different name than the one that billed me. There were too many warning signs. They even offered a partial refund, which I declined. Always use a credit card for better protection.
