I placed several orders in October of 2025, and now it's December 23, 2025, yet I haven't received anything from this service. I've sent multiple emails, but I still haven't gotten a resolution. Their responses indicate they are investigating, but it seems to be coming from another country. I've made several attempts to contact them, including another email today. It's disheartening to feel like I'm just waiting without any answers. This situation with people’s money is concerning, and action needs to be taken.
