I returned my complete order in 7/2025 because I changed to a different company. I have had constant billing issues with Lincare. I received an invoice in 10/2025 for that order, so I called and spoke to a manager who assured me she would take care of the charge and I would not get another bill. I received yet another bill today, 12/1/25 which said they would take me to collections if I did not pay. I called billing, held for 25 minutes, spoke to a rep who promptly hung up on me. The billing unit for this company is horrible, and you cannot get them on the phone. This is why I will not do business with Lincare.
