Lincare as a company provides poor customer service. Excessive on hold times, being transferred in circles. Not resolving issues. I was told by the agent they were hacked back in January. I am receiving bills 7 months later for equipment I returned previously. They will not reverse the charges. Why am I expected to pay invoices 7 months later for equipment I returned and no longer have?
