I booked a table for lunch. The place wasn't busy, so I expected good service and food. After a 45-minute wait, our food arrived cold, and the salad garnish was well past its prime. My daughter's vegan dish had a piece of cheese stuck to the plate. The coffee was cold as well. There was a lack of attention to detail and poor food quality. It's disappointing because the staff were very friendly.
